One of the most important things we can learn in this lifetime is to love. Love our family, our friends, our community, our self, and ultimately experience unconditional love, which is the acceptance of things just as they are without reservation.
* Forgiveness is key. Release old energies that are draining your current energy. When thoughts go to how we've been wronged by someone, we are screwing up our own cellular energy systems. Where our attention goes our energy flows. Ask yourself: Do these thoughts heal or empower me? If not, let it go. The emotional investment you make in something is more important that what somebody did to you.
* If your mind gets stuck on old message tapes from parents or old teachers - Explore - Release - Reprogram. As we think, so we shall become. The strongest thought forms win out so pay attention to what you are investing your thoughts in. Thoughts are energetic, subtle, magnetic patterns that literally take on a life of their own. They follow the laws of magnetic attraction. As we think a particular way we will tend to draw other similar thoughts and ideas and people who resonate with that. Use positive thoughts to attract abundance and other positive souls.

*Repeat verbal affirmations such as: "Every day in every way I am getting healthier and healthier."
*We are divine beings of light and need to learn to see each person as a divine being of light. All the molecules that make up our physical being were once inside a star. We are all interconnected - when we do something for someone else we are also doing it to ourself.
*Explore ways to activate your heart chakra. There are many meditations on youtube that focus on this.
* Use flower essences such as Bach's Rescue Remedy.
*Write down your dreams - dreams are a way for us to connect to our subconscious. Try to understand the symbolism in your dreams, especially things that occur over and over again. Read my blog post on dreams to get more insight into this.
* Stay calm in crisis. Tell yourself that things will work out.
* Exercise regularly
* Fuel your body with healthy food and drink a lot of water
* Meditate daily - even if only for 10 minutes. Make it a habit, so that like brushing your teeth, you can't go to sleep if you haven't done it.
* Focus on your spiritual path
* Face your fears
* Pay attention to the energy of your home environment
* Spend time in nature
* Interact with like-minded souls
