BreathworkBreathwork combines accelerated breathing with evocative music in a special set and setting. With the eyes closed and lying on a mat, one uses their own breath and the music in the room to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness. This state activates the natural inner healing process of the individual’s psyche, bringing the seeker a particular set of internal experiences. With the inner healing intelligence guiding the process, the quality and content brought forth is unique to each person and for that particular time and place. While recurring themes are common, no two sessions are ever alike. Private Yoga Classes I offer 1:1 Yoga and Small Group Yoga Training, with each session designed specifically for your goals, at a time that works best for you.
Previous clients include working-moms who can’t fit in a regular class, groups of friends who want to use yoga as a healthy social event, athletes who want to improve mobility, gym-goers needing to balance out intense cardio and weightlifting regimes, and yoga newbies wanting to increase their yoga-confidence before joining a class. I am based in New Orleans and offer sessions either in my office or in your home. |
