Psychedelic Integration & Support
Transformation and Healing
The resurgence of scientific research studying the benefits of psychedelic substances such as Ayahuasca, Psilocybin (magic mushrooms), Ibogaine, MDMA (Ecstasy), LSD, and Marijuana has sparked curiosity and social interest in these substances, with more and more people traveling to retreat centers in countries where these substances are legal, in order to experience them in a healing way. These substances can augment powerful, transformative experiences that are potentially life-altering in many ways.
Psychedelic experiences have the potential to catalyze deep psychological and spiritual growth, with old paradigms shattering and new insights gained. However, often the experience happens in a setting far removed from everyday life, which can leave us feeling confused and alone.
Even when done in a setting that includes time for integration, often the insights and realizations continue to unfold long after the experience has ended. Sometimes, returning to normal life can feel difficult or challenging. Accommodating the new knowledge and insights, finding meaning in the experience, processing difficult trips, returning to a balanced state of wholeness, and integrating the lessons learned enables people to find purpose and meaning in their experience.
I provide a safe space, offering non-judgmental, non-pathologizing emotional support to those who are curious about, planning on or have previously explored altered states of consciousness. It is my goal to provide people with the resources and tools that can help reduce potential risks and undergo these transformative experiences in a safe and responsible way.
